It's easy to book. The driver comes right away when we get there. It's easy to go from the airport back to your vehicle. You are the only place that we will park.

Seeing the shuttle on the app.I also take a picture of my car card location, share with family and don't worry about keeping up with the card.
I'm confused about tipping. Sometimes there is a qr code and some times it is not. It seems in the app I may be able to go into it and add the tip without the qr code but I'm not sure and I'm not sure if my driver gets it.
Can you be consistent with a way to pay the driver and that I know my drive will get my tip?
