The shuttles are usually very prompt. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I left my raincoat on the shuttle heading out on this last trip. I called them. They had found it and saved it for me until I got home. Great service!

The ease of access in and out is a plus. Also, the transportation from the lot to the airport and same with the return is a plus. I always use this lot when I fly.

I like that the employees were all very friendly, polite, and helpful.Every single one of them!

I like that there are options for covered or uncovered spaces.

I always enjoy using The Parking Spot. The shuttle is right there when I get out of my vehicle. I never have to wait long to meet it at the airport.When i'm returning, and the drivers are always very friendly and professional. I don't use anything else.
