I liked the reservation and check-in process thorough the app, the fact that the shuttle will pick you up near where you are directed to park, and then take you directly back to that spot upon return. The check-out process was quick and easy as well!

Picked up and dropped right at the car
I like the overhead protected parking. Also, the bus to and from the airport is very prompt. The drivers are courteous and extremely helpful loading bags. The workers are very friendly and so considerate. As an example, on returning from our last trip we found that our car battery was dead. One of the bus drivers stopped and assisted us and stayed until he knew that we were good to go. This kind of customer service is commendable! We will definitely continue to use The Parking Spot!

Easy to park they come to car and pick you up get you to airport. Drivers have always been helpful getting bags on and off bus. They are easy to find when we returned from our trip and they dropped us off next to our vehicle.

So much better than the airport parking!
As a member of The Parking Spot I like being able to reserve a spot to park before my trip to ensure one is available. Also I'm able to pay in advance (and I get an AAA discount) so I can use the express check-in and check-out lines thus saving me time. Of course, being picked up and dropped off at my car is a big plus.

Our drivers name was James I believe. We rode the evening of the 27th. He was so nice, helpful and he smiled. So nice to get a smile.
Using the Parking Spot app and online platforms, it is easy to make and manage reservations. Love the ability to prepay so that I just have to scan and go when I return late at night.
Having bottled water available as you exit the lot is also a great perk.
You always do a good job. It is just that inflation is making it very difficult to park there next time. One reason I park at The Parking Spot on trips is that I usually am gone on one of the two days that there is street cleaning. If I am parked on the wrong side of the street it is a $63 citation.
However, for trips over three nights it is cheaper to get one citation and pay for the ride share or taxi. It is the sad reality.
I appreciate that busses are frequently out dropping off and picking up passengers. I believe this aspect of the Parking Spot 2 has improved over the last few years.

The staff was very supportive. Our car would not start and they were very helpful in assisting us to get car started. Drivers were friendly as well. The ladies working the gate were also friendly.

This was the best parking experience I have had by far. We arrived at O dark thirty and the transit van was there to take us to the airport. The driver was friendly and careful. When we returned, I don't think we waited more than 5 minutes for out pick up and this driver was also friendly and careful. I want to say that we had a terrible experience the last time we parked with The Parking Spot and almost did not use the service this time but, our experience was great and revised our opinion.
