It made me feel good that there was a live person at the booth for my early departure and late arrival. My return flight was delayed due to the government shut down and I was not charged a difference for my late return. Also, when I went to update my pick up time via the app it showed a higher price so I phoned and a live person told me to just pay the difference upon exit. That was very reassuring. Great service!

Easy booking, timely pick up at the parking lot and shuttle to airport. Most of the time the wait has been relatively short to get a shuttle back to the parking lot.
It is close to airport. Drivers responded quickly, were very courteous and helped with our luggage. When we arrived back from our trip, we did not wait long for a shuttle to take us back to our car. Check in and out was efficient and rates reasonable. Covered parking was a nice bonus.
I like most everything. Except that the last couple of times I've been there, the side exit directly onto North Temple has been closed.

We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of both our pickup and drop-off drivers. Their welcoming demeanor set the tone for a smooth experience. When our flight arrived late in the evening, our driver went above and beyond—patiently helping us locate our car in the dark East Lot, where there were no overhead lights. That extra effort meant so much and made us feel genuinely cared for. We will definitely use The Parking Spot in the future.
All worked great, my only frustration was being charged again at 11:57 pm because my flight way late. I didn't cross into the new day, but still had to pay an additional day

The Orlando Parking spot is very convenient to MCO airport. There are several parking options, included covered parking. Van service to and from MCO is rapid and available 24-7. The drivers have always been helpful and courteous. Membership benefits are generous.
