Easy transition, around the clock pickup and drop off. Price also reasonable

Great customer service, cleanliness reliable

Convience and nearby

I enjoyed the service from the parking attendant and the shuttle bus driver. The shuttles were on time and got us to the airport in time for our flight.

Everything is great !

Easy to find, Prompt pick up at parking spot, kindness of driver and very informative, prompt pick up at airport too! Price is great too.

Easy to get in and out - always someone around for check in and out. Pricing seems to be inching up but still not as bad as parking at the airport. Love the shuttle there and back as well.

Very easy to plan, execute. The reservation process is easy: the pick up from the airport is timely. After a long trip, it's nice to know there will be a pickup very quickly!
Thank you

Super easy to reserve. The price is on point. The shuttles are prompt. I also apprciate the bottled water on the way out. Thank you!

Instant shuttle pickup, even at 4 am , which was when we arrived at the parking lot for our recent trip! Staff at the entry gate and along the way, directing us to where the shuttle was.

Minimal wait time, easy access and now extended covered parking options

This trip went much more smoothly than the last one. The van arrived shortly after we did. There was space for all 4 of us on the van.

The last trip there was construction in the pick up area and complete lack of communication about where to pick up the shuttle. Several of us waited a long time before heading over to the other wing of the airport.

Prompt buses, easy entry and exit, polite drivers

The busses were timely this trip, which we very much appreciated.

It was convenient and the drivers were professional and polite. The app is terrible. It kept telling me that it was offline and retry when you try and see we're the bus was at.

Reliable, friendly service

Quick and easy to get to. Safe parking spaces. Great staff.

Available

Plenty of protected parking and great shuttle servic to and from OAK Airport

Employees greeting you when entering and guiding you to the right area. The ability to track the shuttle once arriving back at the airport, and the number of shuttles available which reduces wait time.

It was great even for a technologically challenged person as myself. The key to my great experience were your employees. The young lady in the booth who was the same on both my departure and return. She was fantastic. She saw I was having problems entering the lot, and she gave me great service. The guys who drove the shuttles exemplified what great down-home customer service is. Thank you, parking lot.

very easy

Seamless operation thru the app. Immediate shuttle availability arriving and returning. People on staff are pleasant and helpful.

Easy and fast.

Love that the vehicle is under a covered roof. Van drivers are very nice and punctual. Easy Access and convenient. Highly recommend the Parking Spot.

The Parking Spot is the best! Always friendly and helpful!
