Always quick pick up at the lot and terminal, and friendly staff. Self checkout is easy, but sometimes in full sunlight, the touchscreen can be difficult to move to the next page. Appreciate the bottled water on the way out.
Easy to navigate the parking lot. Shuttles are usually quick, and are trackable in the app. Love that I an check-in and out directly from the app also.

It is close to the airport. I like that you can reserve a parking spot online. Checking in and out is very easy.
