I love the ability to reserve in advance and the rate offers given on the app when reserving in advance.
Also that shuttles to and from the airport are available.
I don't like that the points earned on the app expire if not used. We have built up points from business travel that we now want to use when retired, but we don't travel as often and are in jeopardy of losing those hard earned points.

I have never used a "service" (we always stay at the same hotel & do the Stay & Park! this was SO easy, cheaper than the hotel, I LOVE the bright colors; it was SO easy to arrange the shuttle and QUICK! Both staff at shuttle helped us with our luggage! I loved EVERYthing about it & will surely use this again and have referred people!

All the drivers of the shuttles are consistency friendly and helpful. They are eager to help upload and download luggage. The location always looks clean and nice. I love the free water provided at the exit. Very beneficial after a long trip.

Checking in and out was very simple and intuitive. Both of my drivers were very friendly, helpful, and extremely timely— I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes. Instructions were very clear and I had no trouble at all. I will definitely use this service again in the future! Much cheaper than airport parking.
