Very please with your services. I have been using the Spot for years. The only concern I have is I have never been able to leave using your self service exit. I try and fail then go to the manned checkout booth. The problem is probably mine not yours. Your staff have been very helpful.

Awesome parking service! Simple registration, reservation, directions, entry/parking options. FANTASTIC, reliable shuttle service EVERY TIME, from my car to airport terminal and back again. Checkout is very easy, with e-receipt and paper if desired. No walking or waiting in the rain, no snow to clear, etc. Employees are very helpful, safety conscious, and understanding of all travelers, regardless of one's experience, age, group size, etc.
