Jasmine was great when I called on the phone. She was so helpful, courteous and professional when planning our trip and drop off/pick up. (I called in the evening)

The only problem was we wanted to have the car detailed. It used to be on the web site for Hartford but isn't anymore. Jasmine explained that it's only in Hartford so we can sign up for it upon arrival.

Unfortunately, the woman at the desk in the morning wasn't that friendly or helpful. She just pointed to the board where the types of car services were listed and then looked down. She never smiled, wasn't helpful or polite. Not what we ever encountered before from The Parking Spot. Because of her poor attitude and not wanting to help, we decided not to have the car washed or detailed. She was such a poor reflection of your company and a real turn off. If we hadn't been to the Parking Spot before and had such great service, I would never return. In addition, I would have told friends about our experience. I hope you educate your staff and recognize Jasmine.

The last visit when driver Marcus went beyond the call helping me get wife to vehicle and clearing off snow from car.

I had asked to take time to get wife to vehicle and he said he would take care of me at end of run.

Denver had 8" of snow and car was pretty well covered. This was very helpful and so unusual in this day of rush and rush.

This is an unusual great employee and you should be proud of his work.

Very easy in/out. Drivers are very nice/friendly. Many buses always looping back/forth to airport.

The Parking Spot is easy to prepay in its app. Reasonable pricing. Much easier than bothering family or friends to drop off or pick up at the airport. Both times we used this service, the shuttle was sitting in front of vehicle as we were getting out. And picked us up within 10 minutes at the pick up point. Excellent experience both times! Highly recommend!

Works well to reserve on line. Staff is helpful, even at 4AM. Buses are right there and come by the airport on a regular basis.

Plenty of parking spots the van is there ready to take me to the airport right away. Parking spot is reasonable and also when it's ready for me to come back to the lot to get my car it only takes a short time for the van to pick me up at the airport to take me to my car. Easy access to get into the lot and also leave.
