The service was easy to use. We appreciated that there were frequent running shuttles with helpful attendants. The attendants made certain to get us nearest our vehicle to be able to load and unload bags going and coming. A big thumbs up to your company!

You are conveniently located to the airport and have always had space for me when I've needed to book. Also, your staff is quick and friendly. They have always been careful with my luggage and quite courteous. Early Dec., I when arriving at the airport, I was directed (by the employee at the front gate) to turn down the row which I did and go down toward the end and park. The shuttle picked me up right away and we were off. When I returned a week later I was charged for premium parking, saying I parked in the wrong place. I had no choice but to charge it, as it was late and nobody was on duty and I could not leave the lot. The following day I sent an email to The Parking Spot explaining what had happened. I heard back within two days and was given a refund for the amount I was overcharged at the lot. Other than that incident, everything has been great with The Parking Spot!

You provide rides on a steady timetable. I like the app for detailing where the nearest van is located. The drivers have been very helpful.

My only problem was locating where to catch the van. I didn’t feel the directions were clear. It said double doors near carousel 8, I thought. Security had to help me.

We've used Parking Spot for years including back in Maryland more that 10 years ago. Response has always been favorable. Denver has always been great, with one exception where you may have been missing a driver or two. We use the advance booking and entry and exit are super easy. Weill continue to the use the parking spot.

I have been using THe Parking Spot since its' change from Park n Fly for years. They have hit the ground running since rthe take over. Friendly staff and efficient service. I fly twice a year and always use them for my parking needs.

Great experience overall. I do think the time spent circling the parking lot before departing to the airport was a little excessive. With as many shuttles you have operating, there is no reason the shuttle should spend 15 minutes circling the parking lot. I couldnt imagine the fury if this happened on a tighter schedule. Pickup was the only complaint, other than that service was great!

Well; we have used the Parking Spot for more than four years now and have never missed a flight nor had any problems returning home. The attendants and have always been very courteous and attentive to our needs. We are both somewhat handicapped and aging out 81 and 8; but keep moving around the world. It's Gods plan of salvation as to when we will be going home to be with the Lord. Thanks for asking; the people have always been helpful and we do keep them cared for from our end also. Though I gave you a 10 overall. This accounts for all the times I have used you. This last time the driver took over 40 mins to pick us up. He complained about his feet hurting and this was why he was late. The drive back to The Spot was as if the man could not feel his feet. We had to brace ourselves with braking and accelerating. I had my car detailed and there was still dirt and grime around my gear shift, steering wheel, seats and dashboard. My gear shift is easily wiped clean since it is leather around it. There are streaks of unwaped areas, were whomever sprayed to much product. My window had a flim on them that I have had to reclean. The streak were on the inside and out. I have never complained on here, but for the price I paid to keep and clean my car, I feel that the service this go around needs improvement. Front office was great and the men with drop off and pick up was awesome. I will use you guys again. I am a business owner myself and good feed back helps me with my staff.
