Covered parking, good rates, on time shuttle

Great service, efficient and friendly people

The Parking Spot is a clean, well lighted area and it is under roof, to protect the car incase of bad weather. The person driving the shuttle, to and from the airport , was very friendly. He took my bags and placed them on the bus. He was the same guy that picked me up when I came back. He remembered me and was very nice and helpful. I appreciated his kindness. I will use The Parking Spot again when I fly out of Pittsburgh. It is a wonderful service.

Convenient and easy

As a 75 year old it is nice when your drivers help with my luggage. Your vans need to be updated.

The convenience is great, the prices are reasonable, the lots are secure..
However when I was out of town last week my stay was longer than anticipated. When I tried to extend my stay the mobile app would not work, apparently there was a "bug". I did get my stay extended from my laptop. Please fix the bug

One issue, the app has not worked for me for 2 months now. I wish someone would fix this for me. I was told a fix was coming in late January and as recent as yesterday, it still does not work on my phone.

Easy access from 695. Easy to make online reservations. Ability to earn free days. Can select covered or uncovered parking. Friendliness of booth staff and shuttle drivers. Ease of getting shuttle both at the lot and the airport.

Fast efficient. Gate lady went out of her way to make sure we got on the first bus over. Excellent customer service attitude. Bus drivers in and out were amazing. Very little wait time on the way back to our car. Driver made sure our car started and we were good before he left us. Excellent team.

Easy to find. Shuttles are always prompt and prices are not terrible.

The pick up did not work very well. I waited for a very long time for a south bus to show up. Then it was packed. At least 5 north buses. The dropped off at Lot B first. Probably the easiest but I rode the bus for about 20 plus minutes. Check in and out were excellent as well as pick up in lot to and drop off at airport.
