I was so confused after not traveling for a couple years how much everything changed. Both the manager on duty and another employee took extreme care for me! My QR code didn’t come through because my account wasn’t visible so the manager went through the process of getting a new account set up and everything was updated. They even gave me a special place to park. The experience could not have gone better!!!!

I like the way you are picked up at your car by the shuttle and brought right back to the same spot.

Since I have moved to Houston, TX I travel back to Cali a lot so I always park at this location. They have availability even if I have last minute travel. The shuttles run every 5 five minutes, however they arrive the minute I park. When I return back to the airport I don't wait long for pick up at all. I love there service.

Vans are timely to and from the airport. Drivers are friendly and help me with my luggage.

The reservation process was very easy. I appreciate the email confirmation as well as a useful app to use. There are plenty of parking spaces in a secure area and it's easy to get in and out of the lot. The nicest feature I admire is providing a QR code to tip the shuttle drivers... that's a convenient touch for customers and shows you support your drivers.
