Helpful, friendly but when I entered, the attendant instead of telling me to go to a particular row, just told me to follow the car in front of me which took off so fast that I lost them. I found a spot to park near the back entrance where the buses entered. I had to wait until a bus retuning happened to see me and came back to get me later. I was standing out alone feeling very uncomfortable.

On Friday 9/6 at 3:00 a.m the lady driver was very helpful. We had parked in a spot that should've had an orange cone. She advised us it wasn't really a spot to park and if we didn't move our car it may not be there when we returned 9/15 a.m. We appreciated her input and moved the car. She didn't have to say a word but so thankful she did.
Everything made easy! As soon as you park the shuttle is there to pick you up. When arrived back, no long wait for shuttle to pick up to take you back to your vehicle.
