It was easy and convenient.

I accidentally left my wallet at home which had all my credit cards and had some difficulty getting out since your parking exits are not manned but one of your assistant managers assisted me, I was able to get my bill paid and I was on my way. It had been a long trip for me and this was the last thing that I needed to face - he was very gracious and kept saying we would get it worked out and he just wanted me to be able to get on my way and get home safely. Great employee!

So convenient and safe

The service was very convenient. Lots of parking available indoor and outdoor. The gate attendant notifies the shuttle driver that you are entering to park so they know to look for you. They give you a card with the space number that you parked at so it's easy to find your car when you get back. We only waited a few minutes before a shuttle picked us up at the airport to go back to the car.

Easy in, easy out and a great way to get to and from the airport.

Lot is located AWAY from the airport. App is easy to use. Rates are competitive with Uber and other parking lots. Pick-up from parking lot and terminal is very efficient and on time. Shuttle vans and drivers are in good shape. This is a well-run operation.
