Great service
If you have their app, everything seems to go smoothly. Just a bar code scan when you arrive. They give you a ticket to give to the van driver when you return.
Used the app to alert them I was ready for pickup and they were there in 3 minutes. Gave the driver the ticket. Car ready to go when the van dropped me off.

I arrived back after multiple delayed flights to discover my car, which had a new battery less than two weeks old, completely dead. It was 10:15 pm and your team was wonderful. Both the evening office shift, the night office shift as well as my shuttle driver were absolutely accommodating. They let me sit in the office while I waited 1 1/2 hours, late at night, on a super hot night and gave me water while i waited for AAA. I should note that your own battery packs available couldn't help me because we couldn't even open my car to access the hood. i was very well cared for in a challenging situation and appreciate it so much!

most of my trips the van has been waiting for me in the parking lot, & not as often, but frequently waiting at the stop at the airport.
i wished that you would always go clockwise west side to east side which is much more common sense route.
Your drivers are nice. I did not know there are two separate shuttles that goes to Sepulveda and Century Blvd. We took the one going to Sepulveda and did not find out until it was already moving. A very nice lady in the shuttle explained this to us and even called The Parking Spot that we accidentally took the wrong shuttle bus. I was very impressed she took the initiative and helped us (Two Thumbs Up!). Finally, the driver decided to take us to Century after dropping the passengers off at Sepulveda.
The first shuttle we saw just passed us and did not stop. I don't know if it's full or he did not see me, but I was waving my hand.
Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the help from a caring passenger. We could of avoid taking the wrong shuttle bus if there was some kind of message in the email explaining this process. This was our first time using The Parking Spot.
