The ease of getting into the spot getting the shuttle to the airport and back but most of all I had an excellent experience when I got home.
I'm 77 years old and my flight got in quiet late due to weather delays. Itwas about 9:30 9:45 when I got to the parking lot. My car was totally dead and it was a little unnerving being out there by myself at that time of night I had my stub with the phone number on the back, I called and somebody was there to help me within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I will continue to use the Parking Spot anywhere it's available ! A big thank you to the gentleman who came out to help me and the courteousness of the woman who took my phone call

It was very convenient for our needs. I liked being picked up and dropped off right at the car. The driver gave us good instructions about what to do when we got back. Overall, a seamless process.
The cost is lower than onsite parking. The "trunk to terminal" shuttle service is also a big advantage. All staff are very pleasant.
