Fast easy and excellent shuttle service

My favorite thing is being picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle. We also enjoy help with the luggage and usually short waits for a return shuttle.

Seamless process from booking to pick up/drop off. Workers and drivers were all very kind. Jerry G. was very friendly. Spent minimal time waiting for shuttle each way.

The convenience. However the driver that picked us up was by far the worst driver we've ever experienced. He kept gunning the gas to make the shuttle surge and we were slipping and sliding back and forth in our seats. He also held the steering wheel and was constantly maneuvers/turning the steering wheel right and left non stop as well. It was deeply concerning as we were swaying and surging as we drove back to our vehicles.

Quick ban service

I had ice build up on my car and could not get out when I arrived at the lot. I had to get out of my car from the hatch in the back. Upon my visit, I was getting alarms stating my car doors were opened. I called Parking Spot and they went to my car and locked it for me while I was in another state. I thanked them for their help.

I would recommend the people who now run the company.

Very nice ppl, they help you out so much. Even though they're is construction going on at Term C at the airport, they still get you back to your vehicle.
I'd love to see ppl tip the driver more often. Out of full bus only 1 other person besides my self tiped the driver to the airport and back to the vehicle. I was also late picking up my truck because of construction and did not get charged for it, but sure if it was because I was in section 22 in the back ir of it was construction delays. But TIP your drivers please!!!
