I like the availability of rhe shuttle to take me to the airport and pick me up. I also like that the shuttle meets me at my car and takes me to my car.

Reliability

Convenient, easy, staff. I accidentally scheduled parking for the wrong weekend. I didn’t realize until I pulled to the gate. The attendant helped me through getting in since it was prepaid by giving me a ticket to show on exit. On exit, the attendant wasn’t happy that the incoming attendant let me in and wanted me to pay again. I think she was upset because she had to login and change my reservation. I would just make sure everyone is on the same page.

It's always easy to park my car, and the shuttle service is very prompt for both departures and arrivals. The last time I was there, I misplaced my parking ticket but remembered the row where my car was parked. The driver went above and beyond to help me find my vehicle and was very friendly and accommodating to everyone on the shuttle.

It is usually very easy and efficient. Sadly, the last time I parked there the attendants that were giving out the tickets were not organized and not giving out tickets in the order of car arrivals. It is the first time I have ever had a bad experience and I park there often.

It was very easy to park and ride to the airport. The drivers were very polite and helpful with the bags. The arrival and departure process was very easy.

Overall, I didn’t have a problem with the experience. Parking, payment, and the app were all easy to use, and the price was exactly what I expected.

Just a few things I thought I’d mention. When I parked in section P, the space numbers were pretty worn off and difficult to read. It wasn’t a huge issue since I knew I was in P and it’s not an enormous lot, but repainting the numbers would definitely help.

There was also a large bag of trash full of bottles and other garbage sitting in the parking area that I had to move in order to park. I mentioned it to the driver, and he said he would let someone know or have it picked up. When I returned, though, it was still there.

Finally, when I was dropped off, the driver took me to the front instead of dropping me near section P, so I had to walk all the way back to my car. Again, not a huge deal, but I did try to explain where I was parked. There seemed to be a language barrier, and I don’t think he understood what I was asking.

Overall, the service worked well. I just wanted to pass along those few things because they seem pretty easy to improve.

It's always such an easy process. The drivers are quick to pickup and helpful. On my most recent visit, I lost my ticket with my spot info on it and Bobby was so nice to help me find my car.

We use the Premium lot that is covered. I like self parking and the spaces are good size. The shuttles are usually quick to pick you up. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue.
