My only criticisms are with the app. I find the points system/free parking days not easy to understand and not particularly user friendly. Also, once the spot is reserved (with pay upon departure option), it won’t allow for a change of discount, if I get a better discount message from Parking Spot. This is a potential problem when/if I reserve far in advance.

The Parking Spot offers great convenient-protected parking for our cars. Covered parking is an extra-special plus, if desired (which I do often use). Plus - perks: such as Reward Points for free parking ... all at a competitive price. The Parking Spot shuttle bus is always clean and comfortable to get passengers to and from airport ... a special high-five and fist-bump and praises to Parking Spot Ambassador & Driver, Fred ... the man is The Best! I will Keep earning my Parking Spot Rewards while parking and riding with The Parking Spot.
