1st time parking at your site. Excellent service with pick up & drop off. I didn't realize upon entry that the row given me (M) was the one I was suppose to park in; thought it was where the self park started & I parked in row O instead. I walked to the main lane, driver picked me up & nicely explained the proper procedure. Upon return, I was within 20 feet at the airport when the shuttle started pulling away. So I quickly waved & she stopped to let me on, plus helped me with my suitcase both on & off. My compliments to the staff.

Fast pickup
The Parking Spot made getting to the airport easy and it was cheaper than parking on site. They communicate very effectively to coordinate picking up everybody in the lot and area incredibly friendly.
