The Shuttle service is Awesome - I usually Fly very early (Before 5:00AM). There was a Shuttle and Driver waiting - She didn't wait around for a 'Full" shuttle. Immediately departed to terminal.
On my Return a shuttle was pulling up to my Terminal as I was still fumbling with my phone. I had previously entered my return flight into my reservation.

The Parking Spot is so easy to use! The staff at check-in process is so easy and the staff are exceptional nice! The shuttles are always clean, and the drivers are super friendly and professional.

For me, PS East is convenient, its right off the highway, I usually make a reservation prior to trip, but recently it was a last minute decision to use the service. I am able to get in and park with ease, a shuttle is usually right there for pickup. The drivers are always nice and helpful. I do wish there waa actual people there to help especially at the exit.

Very convenient. The drivers were very courteous and the vans arrived very promptly
But one thing disappointed me.........
I paid to park in a covered lot. Upon my return I found the roof and hood of my car covered with bird droppings from birds nesting up under the garage roof. Arriving home I had to wash the car, in the dark, to protect the paint from contact with the bird droppings. Very inconvenient after traveling all day. The next time I use The Parking Spot I will park in the uncovered lot. The covered lot does not protect a car.
