The parking lot is very easy to navigate, and the associates are always so friendly and helpful. Our car was snowed in when upon departure, luckily the shuttle driver had a few shovels with him and helped us dig out of the snow. 5 STAR service!

There was a huge snow storm (2 feet) while I was away. I was dreading coming back and having to dig it out by myself (older female). But when I arrived, I discovered that the staff there cleaned off my car! It was amazing! Not only that but I had accidentally left my back window down and they carefully taped (with paper tape no less) a trash bag over the window to keep the snow from getting in. I tried to leave a tip but they refused. The whole experience was AMAZINGLY GOOD!

Location is very close to the airport. The buses run regularly. The only thing that I don’t like is that it seem like it’s not clear where the pick up area is.

I have used The Parking Spot at least half a dozen times. Every time the service is great and the ease to check in and out is quick and painless. They pick you up where you park and drop you right at the airline you're flying with. Upon return, they are there almost immediately, no call required.
The attendant was helpful and pick up was quick. Very smooth and easy way to park and get to the terminal. I sometimes see advertisements for sales and such that do not seem to apply when I book and that is very frustrating.
