I can reserve a spot and know I have a place to park. I like they pick you up at the car and deliver you back. Most of the drivers help with luggage. Shuttle runs often with little wait. Thank you.

Service is convenient but you need to download the app. One improvement would be being able to access monthly parking from the app instead off going to the website.
Our car battery was dead and they sent a woman right over to give us a jumpstart. Ended up that the dead battery affected all our computer systems so the braking system didn't work. We ended up having to call a tow truck. All the employees were very sympathetic, kind and helpful.

Very convenient and easy to get to and from the airport. and buses are coming every 10 to 15 minutes makes it so easy to get there to your parking spot to pick up the car.
Easy to get in and get out. Love that we can book thru the app and just scan when we arrive and leave. We transport a scooter and the drivers are very courteous and helpful with loading it and the luggage.
Never having to wait to be picked up when dripping off or returning
The phone app works well. We only travel a couple of times a year out of PHL, but the service is well worth it. The Parking Spot is convenient, reliable and priced fairly.

One suggestion - We arrived and parked as drivers were just starting their shift. I didn't understand what the delay was for until the driver picked us up and explained his process . If could let customers know that there would be a few minute wait once we entered it would be great.
It is easy to book on the app and scan the barcode to enter and exit.

EVERYTHING! It is a great location near the airport. I love that the shuttle picks you up right at your spot. I love that they give you the little card with your parking number on it. Getting picked up when I returned was awesome. Hardly had to wait at all. And returning to the parking spot was very appreciated. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely be using this again.
