One complaint about my recent experience. The driver who picked me up at the airport and brought me to my car , I believe his name is Michael I. When we got to my car, he just put my bag on the ground and then left. No help at all putting it in my car. I’m 76 years old and needed assistance. Granted my bag was a little heavy, but I was willing to help him, but he just blew me off and drove away.
