I really appreciated the easy in-and-out. I used to use Parking Spot 1 exclusively, but they took away the north exit, and now leaving that lot is immensely frustrating (the south exit drops to a one-way street going the WRONG way for me for several blocks before an opportunity to turn around).
The cool water bottles at the Parking Spot 2 exit was an added bonus. Thanks!

I always use your parking lot to keep my car when I have a trip....The shuttle driver is always very helpful with my bags and last week the gentleman even put my bags in my car for me! I have never had any issues and will continue to use your lot services!
