I like the prepay option and that I can park in a covered area. The shuttle drivers are always helpful. I usually have not had to wait very long for a shuttle. This time the QR code actually worked.
Bus drivers were friendly, clean and helpful
We were welcomed and guided to our parking spot when we arrived. Your bus picked us up even before we had our luggage out of the car. We were picked up within a few minutes once we arrived at the terminal. This was our 2nd experience using Phx Spot 2. We will surely use you again.

What I like is the help with my suitcase in and out on my car. And the bus is right there, don’t have to wait long to go to the airport. The driver are very friendly and curious.

Everything was easy and convenient! The shuttle time both ways was insanely fast and efficient, and the attendant at the self-checkin/out helped me because it was my first time, all while being extremely pleasant and helpful. On top of all that, the price was extremely reasonable!

The entire process of booking a reservation to getting to the airport is straight-forward and seamless. The mobile app makes it so convenient to make your reservations. Having a shuttle pick you up at your vehicle and drop you off at your vehicle upon your return is awesome. Traveling is stressful enough without having to worry about the parking situation.
