The Parking Spot on Will Clayton is my favorite of all facilities around IAH. Easy to get to, quick to get to the airport, and the covered parking is a good price. The shuttle drivers are all fantastic and happy to help.

Easy to park and get on the bus to and from the terminal. The only issue is figuring out which driveway to go into the parking lot since there is more than one entrance and if you go to the wrong one, it is not easy to g.et back out especially if someone if behind you

Close to airport and in most cases, weather can cause issues, you service is outstanding!
Your shuttles are running regularly. They get full at certain times of day but I can count on them during daylight hours. Never tried them during off hours.
Everything went according to plan. From parking to shuttle and then from shuttle to parking and a quick check-out. Drivers were courteous and helpful.

Quick automated service to schedule the appointments. Great Valet Service. When I was arriving to pick up my car after the shuttle service, the car was there ready to go....no delays.
Always helpful. Needed a jump due to dead battery late at night. Employee was at my car with jump box within 2 minutes. Very appreciative of the quick help.

So easy to use App. Very fair prices for covered parking. And there are so many shuttles that you never wait but a minute when getting there and when you head back from your trip, there is a shuttle ready to get you within just a few minutes at most. We love the Parking Spot!
