Convenience and price
In out no problem. Shuttle service quick and easy
It is easy to navigate. The driver this past time was incredibly helpful getting me to my gate on time.
Awesome service - always.
Process went well in departure. Arrival (returning) was more clumsy.
In a group of 12 travelers we were not picked up as agreed upon. This meant multiple busses and delays. Not a super huge deal but I expect companies to do what they say, and that didn't happen here.
Convenient, safe, economical, and friendly drivers.
I really like how The Parking Spot Fly works. I drive to the Parking Spot Fly parking lot using my familiar route, pull in to any available space, get on the Parking Spot Fly bus, receive a slip with the parking space noted, and ride to my drop off spot at the terminal. When I return to Atlanta, I step on the Parking Spot Fly bus outside baggage claim, give my parking space ticket to the driver who drives me to my car, and I drive home. It couldn't be easier.
Although I had an issue, customer service was great and resolved my issue within days.
Simple process, no need to call
