I have used Parking Spot 1 over many years. Not having to fight airport traffic right before a flight is great. I love that a bus arrives at my car almost right away. I do recommend Parking Spot often. This time, however it appeared that, for an early flight, there may not have been not enough buses? We stood at our car for about 20 minutes and then had to call to let someone know we were waiting, only then did an almost full bus arrive. I have never had to do this prior to this. I will continue to use Parking Spot 1 because the convenience is great, but........I guess I should add extra time next time?
Our return to our car was perfect and uneventful.

The fast pick up and drop offs. Other companies I had to wait both ways for up to 10 minutes. I was in L41 in lot 3. The pick up was fine, but on 3/2 around 11:30 pm, the guy didn't even offer to help with luggage. He just sat there. They were heavy. I'm a great tipper, but not this time. He got up when we got to the car. No tip for just driving around and not offering to help. My friend is blind in 1 eye. Not cool. He shouldn't be doing that job.

I always choose and recommend the parking spot. It’s so easy to book, everyone there is friendly and helpful and it is a reasonable cost. The last huge snow storm we had I paid for uncovered valet and I can tell they put my car in covered which was the best thing ever when you are coming off of the plane after being delayed and rerouted for 48 hours.
