I have been parking on Parking spot for couple days, a week or couple weeks since 2019. It is very convenient and easy to make the reservation on the app and you earn free parking days. It is nice to park your car and have the shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up back to the parking.

Easy to make a reservation, make changes if needed, park, shuttle service and return. Easy check out afterwards. The parking lot is secure and safe. The shuttle drivers are very nice and courteous.

The app works great to locate you when you return and locate you to pick up. The pickup although took 30-40 minutes.

Most of the time, the shuttle wait time at Ritter end is less than 10 min. But also the app that tells you where the shuttle is. The ability to tip the drivers with a QR code. And best is friendly drivers. Please keep up the great work.

Overall, I've been pleased with the service. I particularly like the app.
