Reliable shuttle
I love that the shuttles come by frequently. Most of the drivers are so polite and put your bags in the car for you when you return.
Parking service is easy and process for pickup to the airport are great. The best part of the services provided is the frequency of shuttle for pickup when returning to Philadelphia. This by far is the main reason I pick The Parking Spot.
The drivers, the assistance, the efficiency and care demonstrate.
I always feel very safe using Parking Spot 2
clean parking garages; professional and courteous staff; timely shuttle service
we were in a hurry and it couldn't have been easier... immediately picked up and taken to our airlines. and the return was just as easy.
Outstanding service.
It was easy to use and my vehicle was not damaged at all
Never had a problem finding a space, price is fair, shuttles are timely.
The only minor thing I would say that wasn’t favorable is that when we parked at Sepulveda we watched 7 century vans pass us at the terminal before a Sepulveda one came. That may have been coincidence but it did seem a bit inefficient.
Thank you!
The shuttle was there right when we got to the pickup spot. There are plenty of shuttles and quite frequently.

Easy and quick transportation to and from airport
Using the Parking Spot is so convenient. The ease of reserving, getting in and getting out of the parking lot is amazing, no hassle. I also appreciate the shuttle availability to and from the airport is very convenient.
The drivers are so kind and always make sure to help with my bags and get us to the correct gate
The women greeted us with smiles and positive attitudes. They both have clear instructions. The buses run regularly and there is little to no wait at the airport and at your car. We choose covered parking, so these experiences might be different for uncovered.
Good people. Consistent and timely service.
