On the improvement side, the basic parking (*which I don't usually use) is very confusing. It is not signed well, the drivers driving past the bus stop seems very frustrating to the many people around us. I think you need to improve the signs and have the bus come inside the parking area to reduce the frustration.

The personalized service I received recently was great. The employee went above and beyond to help me rectify an issue I had with a reservation. Hats off for the great service.
