Only confusion was we did not realize there is a North lot bus and a South lot bus. Slowed us down on the return pickup.

There is more space between cars in the parking lot. Drivers were super friendly. Quick pick up and drop off. I am never going back to that horrible red lot!

The driver was so helpful. Can't remember his name exactly. Chi-Chi (?) He was cheerful, loaded and unloaded our luggage and extremely kind. Also liked Pace who walked over to make sure I was scanning correctly as it was my first time checking out. Will definitely use the ParkingSpot again. Also liked preferred at the end of the trip getting dropped off first.
