Friendly staff, great drivers, all around good company

Very Efficient!!!!

Recap on previous comment; Yes, I am one of those customers that don't leave feedback unless I had a bad. I did leave a low scoring comment due the Parking Spot late fees. I was told that this was company policy and it wasn't a mistake. I said 'OK'. Life goes on and a world full of fees.
What I did not expect was a call from the Assistant Manager at the Orlando location. He was very sympathetic, very customer focus, and offered to refund my late fee charges. I am commenting now, not because I got a refund but because I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service. It definitely showed. I have been using the Parking Spot for a few years. Every driver and attendant I have interacted with has been professional and kind. Being from NYC, their friendliness and courtesy sometimes scare me because 'Nobody can be that nice', but you are.
Please accept my most sincere thank you.

Great customer service. Easy to use!

Convenient.

What don't I like about your service?
1.) Some of your drivers go so darn fast that I feel like I am on a ride in an amusement park getting tossed from side to side.

2.) Some of your drivers do not get out of their seats to help with luggage

First time using this place. Very simple. I had to make adjustments due to flight changes and it was easy. Thank you. Will use in the future.

Quick , efficient and great service. Even with a last minute ticket to driver my car was waiting for me when we pulled into the facility! That is great service. They always ask if we want water and it is always cold!

Process very simple to use and staff very friendly!

Convenient and reliable

It is easy drop off and we never have to wait long to be picked up at airport to drive us back to pur car in parking lot. Highly recommend!

The friendly service !

Prompt pickup in the lot and prompt
Pickup at the airport.

Pricing was fair. Like the covered parking. Ease of the app. Shuttle drivers very courteous.

Excellent service

Pickup at my vehicle and I don't have to hunt for a spot!

This lot is easier than parking at ABIA right next to airport. Shuttles are super quick and drop off right at your car. Great service and will use again.

The van was very close to where i was directed to park my car & the driver was extremely helpful by offering to put my heavy suitcase in the van. She was cheerful & attentive. No waiting around. She immediately picked up a few others & we were off to the airport. She explained which side of DIA she would first be dropping off passengers, did so, & then took the rest of us to the east side. Again she took my suitcase off the van. Very good service.
