The ease of the shuttle service to and from the airport. People are friendly and helpful too
Close proximity to the airport, drop off and pick up right at the car
Easy parking
Prices could be better but everything is ridiculous
I can easily find a spot when I arrive. And it’s never long to wait for the bus when I return.
Best thing I like is how close is to the airport and how fast the minibus pick you up to get you going.
Very convenient
Convenient and fast.
Service was first class.
Nicely located, friendly staff, good price.
It's easy and less expensive than uber
The drivers are so kind and respectful and the turn around is quick.
It was very easy to get to and the shadow picked us up right away to take us to the airport. The only issue I had was when we came back. It took forever for the shuttle to pick us up to take us back to pick up my car.
Great experience! We had a very short wait time for pickup in the lot and at the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Fast and curtesy
Ease of parking and shuttle to airport. Reasonable cost
Such an easy and non stressful way to get to your airlines at the airport. Drivers are always very professional and helpful. Great way to start or return from a vacation.
Quick pickup at my car. Friendly people.
Polite people, no problem with getting me to the airport on time.
There is always room for covered self parking. The shuttle bus is mostly quick for pick up and return from the airport. There is often a discount on the cost of parking. It could be better.
Very convenient, love the valet option. And always a van available at the airport.
There was no waiting for a shuttle both going or coming. Great and friendly service.
Reserving on the app is easy and parking at the location is, too.
That it’s close to the airport. They pick you up and drop off at your car. Friendly drivers. Just doing it up right!
Friendly staff. Almost no wait for transpo at The Parking Spot or airport. Reliable and safe.
The convenience!
It’s so easy to park and a shuttle is always waiting. At the airport the most I waited was 5 minutes. They help with the bags and are so friendly and efficient
The drivers are very helpful and professional. The gate attendants are always helpful too.
Efficient and dependable
The employees were great. I would have given a 10 but I still think the prices are high. Everywhere ... We usually park at Parking Spot 1 but 2 was cheaper.
Thanks for great service!
It was very convenient and well maintained parking spots, good shuttle service available both to and from airport terminals
