We enjoy the prompt pick up at our vehicle, normally a shuttle waiting for us at the airport.
One change I was not aware of was the premium parking area...when I made my reservation on the app I did not know about premium nor did I see it as a choice. We were charged an additional $16+ at check out. Doesn't break the bank but would have been nice to know the covered parking was now two different 'levels'.
Won't stop us from parking with you :-).

3 different parking spots to choose from and usually fast service. Last time we parked in South lot on Thursday March 5, had to walk to the front booth to get picked up from our spot.
