Ease of getting shuttle both on way to airport and way back to parking spot. Rates are reasonable. Ease of making a reservation on the app.
One thing that disturbed me on my last trip was when I was pulling into the parking area, at the gate the parking spot app failed to load my barcode so I couldn’t heck in using my reservation. To gain entry I used my debit card by mistake instead of the card I have in the app, so checking out was challenging. The gate attendant helped me to get through this. However it was very much less than ideal and was frustrating.
The app needs to work every time to ensure a stress free check in and check out, especially since I forgot to take a screenshot of the code ahead of time like I usually do.

Stephanie in the kiosk is my favorite. She always greets me with a smile and is always professional. I must say in the last year, the place has cleaned up and all the employees are wonderful and do a great job!

Friendly helpful drivers, short wait times, fair price

I love the way you can reserve ahead, get picked up at your vehicle and even extend the stay easily on the app. We had a delay in Atlanta and we needed that extra day and the app was easy to navigate and take care of that detail in under a minute. I was also very impressed with the way the GPS locater knew we were waiting and sent a message saying that we would be picked up soon. Everything was so nicely automated and efficient and we had very friendly drivers in both directions. I will definitely be using this service a lot with all of my traveling.
