Covered parking, reasonably priced, nice employees, I love the app that shows you where the pick up van is, and I absolutely love that I don’t have to wait for half an hour at the airport to get a ride back to the hotel to get my car, which usually is buried in a foot of snow! I like getting picked up when you park your car. N self park. But when I parked my car on May 2, 4:30 AM, I had two vans driving around. I never got picked up. I had to walk to the main lobby to get the van shuttle to the airport.

Very convenient location and reasonable cost.
Locations are generally easy to get to and get to the airport from (if you're not on International, that takes some extra time). Covered parking is generally available and will be available if you have a reservation. Drivers are courteous and will take your bags in a heartbeat -- I've even had them load the bags in the car. Site is clean and monitored and I feel safe leaving my vehicle there.
