Good, reliable service. Offer discounts and have rewards program.
The reliability of the shuttle bus system, and the proximity to the airport.
It was a pleasant experience. Easy to park, shuttle was there a minute later.
It was a seamless process from our departure date and then return flight. Staff is courteous, helpful and efficient. We had a great experience.
Love all aspects of this business!!
So impressed with the drivers. Positive attitudes and so so helpful. Not just with luggage. They totally helped a man find his car when his paper was marked incorrectly. And they found it speedy fast
This is my go-to spot when I travel. I like the pickup at your car, and the fact that my car is undercover the entire time I am gone. I like the drop/pickup right at the airport door, and the drivers are always helpful and kind. I am also happy with the rewards plan, and the fact that I get future days covered with my points.

Reliability
we had a great experience and very nice attendant’s driving us from the parking lot.
They were just great! We greatly appreciated the valet service. Also the speed at which we traveled to the airport by shuttle and were picked up at the end of our vacation. I will definitely use your services again!
They were easy to get to and find a parking spot. The bus came right away and driver was helpful, professional, and friendly.
Prompt care and attention. The shuttle was available quickly coming and going and was an easy transfer. Our car was well taken care of. I would definitely use the parking spot again!

Efficient, competent, and friendly staff.
Shuttle picked up quickly at lot and airport.
I feel like my car is more secure there than at the airport parking and I love how prompt pick up is to take us to the airport. The drivers are also pleasant and helpful.
Very easy to use. Never have to wait long at the airport. Friendly staff always will let you know if its the wrong shuttle since you have different locations. Always love using this service.
I have used this parking service at the SLC airport 3 times, and it is amazing!!!
Easy to use
Everyone is so kind. From the gate to the bus. I am grateful that the bus drivers pick up my luggage for me.
We have been parking at The Parking Spot 3 in St. Louis for several years, and it’s been very nice knowing the shuttle bus is right there to drop you off and pick you up upon return.
