Hello- I parked in A 220 from Friday, May 15 until Sunday May 17th. -( The 2nd row from the fence on the right hand side) Upon trying to check out, a message of You parked in the wrong place was on the screen after I had scanned my barcode. My driver was Chandra or something like that - I have never used your premium area in the many times I have used Parking Spot 1.

Needless to say I was unhappy to see that message when it did not pertain to me or my vehicle. I tipped my driver $5.

Ever since I signed up for your Club membership, I’ve been very happy with your site and associated service.

The parking spot is secure. All spaces are covered. We never weigh more than 5 or 10 minutes for a driver to take us to the airport. They always help us with our luggage. It is an ease to my mind when I am out of town and I leave my car there.

The QR code is convenient for entry and exit. The van drivers were very friendly and helpful with luggage.

I love how the service is fast and right away. You don’t have to wait for them to pick you up. As soon as I park my vehicle, the shuttle is already picking me up and the driver is waiting on me to get my luggage out of my vehicle.

While the location is not at the airport, it is a short ride on the shuttle. The shuttle was at my vehicle within a couple of minutes going to the airport. At the airport, the shuttle came around within about 5 to 10 minutes.

Good service and location

They were great! No wait time at all for a bus, and bus drivers were very helpful with my bags. We’ll definitely use again.
