Fair price and convenience to airport
Usually the drop off and pick up runs often and and on time. On a few occasions. It has not. But largely yes. I also like that. It’s covered parking.

Normally the service is great; prompt pickup right at our car, no long wait to depart to the airport right to your airline s door. Returns are just as smooth direct to your car.
The last time, the driver gave us the ticket for our car his writing looked like the location was V32, but our upon return that driver took us to U32 The car was in neither space nor row. After taking us up and down numerous rows, the car was actually on X32. Ticket should be written clearly!
The return driver did not call out the location or the model car he was stopping for and since we couldn't see row numbers or cars through the worn windows we had to keep asking for that info. Other drivers call it out.

The ease of knowing I have a spot to park when arriving at the airport and just putting my QR code in from the reservation. We usually have a bus driver finding us when we arrive and unload our luggage from the car.

You NEED MORE SHUTTLE BUSES FROM The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton.
When I am waiting for a shuttle at the airport, I see so many JFK and The Parking Spot 2 buses. There will be several of those pick up people before a shuttle from the Parking Spot 1 arrives.
Drivers are friendly. I like how using the QR code for check in and check out works so smoothly.

The staff at the gate are courteous when I have to find my reservation with people behind me. Connecting the reservation to the Charge Card is very helpful and the shuttle drivers are typically kind.
