I had some trouble with the wrong credit card being charged, but the lady on the phone was helpful and got it worked out. Thank you. The shuttle service is quick and easy.

Usually always on time for the bus shuttle ride to and from the airport. The barcode scanner doesn't always work though but as long as you use the same credit card on your account, you don't have to worry about your parking reservation. Overall I'm always happy with the Parking Spot and have used them in Austin, Dallas, and Atlanta.

it works well most of the time, outstanding issue is ticket says to go to one pickup place and the app says go someplace else.
would like to see transfers happen faster, says every 7 minutes, i waited 20 on one trip
