I have been parking on Parking spot for couple days, a week or couple weeks since 2019. It is very convenient and easy to make the reservation on the app and you earn free parking days. It is nice to park your car and have the shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up back to the parking.

The app works great to locate you when you return and locate you to pick up. The pickup although took 30-40 minutes.

Most of the time, the shuttle wait time at Ritter end is less than 10 min. But also the app that tells you where the shuttle is. The ability to tip the drivers with a QR code. And best is friendly drivers. Please keep up the great work.

Overall, I've been pleased with the service. I particularly like the app.

Parking Spot is easy to register and reserve a space, easy to park, and easy transportation to and from the airport

Parking with TPS Sepulveda is very convenient and the shuttle service is efficient and helpful.

What isn’t favorable is absurd daily rates if one doesn’t use discount offers that are occasionally presented by email to me. I don’t like parking elsewhere but without a discount the cost is 2 times more than less convenient options along Century Blvd!

This was the best airport parking we have ever had without a doubt. It was our first time parking for Orlando airport after recently moved to beachside Florida. It was easy to find a spot with quick pickup leaving and arriving. We will be traveling bit more from this airport and we will not look for anywhere else to leave our vehicle.

Convenient and professional

Very quick and easy once you arrive on site. The booking online process was also very user friendly. Both of our drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and helpful with our luggage. We really appreciated the new user promo too. We will be back again next time we travel from Orlando.

Loved that the driver gives you a card indicating where you parked your car. Extremely helpful at drop off. It was also helpful that there was a sign in which row to park upon entering the Parking Spot.

It was my first time so I was confused on where to go to get picked up by the shuttle after I parked. Otherwise this rating would be a 10!

The security. Covered parking in the event of bad weather, the lighting. We arrived back home and were picking up our vehicle after midnight. The covered parking is very well lit. A HUGE plus for exhausted travelers.
The BIGGEST, BEST and the service I value most, the employees. From the attendants willingness to make certain we found where we needed to park (and ensured we found it), to the drivers.

The drivers were personable, and informative. They helped us get our luggage on and off the buses. That doesn’t sound like much, but based on the weight and strange size of my luggage, but ours drivers (coming and going), were very cautious with the luggage. They were personable and BOTH drivers (again, coming and going), held the highest level of professionalism but treated us like they were picking up one of their own family members.
