I love many things about the Parking Spot in Buffalo. I have a list of reasons such as: the ease with which one can book a parking reservation online and print out the QR code; can enter enter the parking facility at anytime as long as you have your QR code for scanning; parking spot aisles are well-labeled; the airport shuttle comes around within 5 minutes of parking and provides the driver with a card indicating one's parking spot number as well as, the facility's contact number if needed; drop off within 5-10 minutes of leaving the parking facility at the airport terminal. What could be easier than that!! WE shall only park at The Parking Spot when flying from Buffalo. Thank you! Great people and service!!

You have clean and well maintained tranfer vehicles. I also like the option of indoor parking. I use this when Im traveling during the winter.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They help with checking in and checking out. The run shuttles throughout the day and evening. Ample parking space available almost all the time. Online reservations are quick and easy.

Safe and security

It's easy. This last trip was the easiest of all -- easy in/out, shuttle was already there @ the airport, driver drops us off at our parking spot. Easy peasy.

Special thanks to Carl, Rodriguez, and the man I spoke with on the phone. I thought I might be facing a flat tire on my return, so I called before my flight and the phone man checked the 3 red CRV's on the lot to see if any had a flat! Wow. Then, because I had left my phone in Sedona, (78 yo old senior moment) on my arrival return I asked Carl, shuttle driver, if I couldn't use his phone in case I had to call AAA. He said yes, and then called a friend who had a portable tire inflating device, and 5 minutes later Rodriguez got on the shuttle. He then inflated all four of my tires! It took an hour, in the very cold night at 12 am on December 18. This enabled me to drive the 40+ miles home on the expressway. I was apprehensive about possibly having to take the back roads as an older woman driving alone. What a relief. Carl and Rodriguez went above and beyond, and did it with smiles and respectful courtesy. You've got some great guys. Need I say Im a customer for life? I've been with your company since 2007. I don't fly more than twice a year, usually once, but you have my wholehearted thanks and support!
