Friendly drivers and good price and coupons !!
Good customer service
Bus on time and convenient.
Convince and secure
Fast friendly service
I have used The Parking Spot every time I have flown in and out of Columbus.
The actual parking spaces are generous. The staff is excellent. Never had to wait more than a minute or two but more often not at all whether going to or from the airport.
I do like to have the option of the covered areas though the uncovered suits me for shorter trips.
Everything
Easy parking process, quick transportation to the airport terminal, efficient transportation back from the airport terminal, and quick checkout process.
I have been a member for years. Although the wait this time was far too long, I will continue to use you.
Very convenient
Easy to reserve, a. Was and great shuttle service
Friendly people
The car was safe and no damages have been made. That is peace of mind.
I had an excellent experience! As soon as I parked, the shuttle bus pulled up right behind me, so I didn’t have to wait at all. The location is very close to the airport, making the trip quick and convenient. When I returned, they dropped me off right next to my car. The drivers were friendly, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely use them again! Thank you.
Quick pick up and drop off
The ease of parking your car and the shuttle is there to pick you up in less than ten minutes.
Pick up from terminals is easy and driver takes you right to your vehicle.
Very convenient, fast and friendly service. Only way to park and fly out of DAL!
Both locations are very convenient to the airport.
It is very easy in and out with the app and the drivers are always very nice, helpful and quick to get everybody on and off the bus.
They direct you where to park and the transport van is there to pick you up. Driver loads your bags and your on your way to the terminal
The app that let you watch the trucks go round to pick you up and I feel like it’s more automated during daylight hours
Easy reserve process and checkout. Pick up on arrival at Spot2 and at the airport was timely.
Driver was fast, friendly, considerate. And the pick up was super easy.
Number of vans at pick up. Nice drivers
Easy to use and always feel the facility is clean and protected.
“Door to door service”. Friendly, helpful drivers. Speedy.
Fantastic airport transfer service! This is easily one of the best I've experienced in all my years of traveling. A huge part of that is due to your drivers, especially the woman who drove us early Saturday morning and the one on Sunday afternoon. They were absolutely stellar and so kind.
It was disappointing to see some of the other passengers acting disrespectfully toward the driver, which is why we made sure to leave an extra tip at drop-off. I truly hope people can learn to treat others with the respect they deserve.
Shuttle service. Also with the expansion there is plenty of parking.
So easy to book from the app. Shuttle to and from the airport directly to and from you parking spot. Gets rid of the stress finding someone to drop you off at the airport for early flights.
It was very smooth process, although it was our first experience with QR code.
Great customer service
