I like that you pick me up at my car, it is covered while parked and drop me right at the ticketing area. It is now much easier than parking at the airport and walking/riding the shuttle

I have already recommended you to several friends. I don't know if they joined or not. I like that I know I have a place to park when I get to the airport. I like the AAA discount. The shuttle drivers are very courteous.
I don't like that something unexpected comes up and the trip needs to be cancelled and I cannot get a refund. This did happen to me. I was able to edit the trip later but wasn't sure when that would happen. I was admitted to the hospital several days before my planned flight and had to cancel my flight but could not cancel the parking. I did use the credit months later.
