Quick in and out from parking lot (Made the reservation online) and immediate availability of the shuttles. Professional Shuttle drivers. Jimmy was our shuttle driver from airport and he kept the energy level of the entire shuttle high after the long travel back home. He brought smiles in everyone's face with a quick connect and very friendly conversation.

One thing which is definitely missing is some rest rooms/Porta potty options in the parking lot. When we came back the car wash was undergoing a service and it was a bummer after a week of open parking and not being able to wash the car before we drive back home.

Plenty of parking spaces. The shuttles run often. The price is reasonable.

One objection I have is how the application of discounts is handled. I applied for a 25% discount, and made my reservation. Expecting on exit that discount didn't happen.

Parking Spot West is very convenient and close to the airport. Great prices if you book in advance. Friendly and helpful shuttle bus drivers for the most part. I have used Parking Spot West many times and always have a good experience. Highly recommend.
