We really like feeling like our car is safe while we are out of town. Being a member of the Parking Spot makes it easy to make reservations. The transport picks us up promptly, is helpful and courteous.
The only suggestion I have is you need to mark the street to turn on with your logo. Driving to the airport always has us on edge and a little more signage would be helpful and appreciated!

I feel like my vehicle is in a safe lot that has someone at the gates always. I even saw a security guard in the lot last week and I really have a positive feeling about leaving my vehicle there. The drivers seem to always be available quickly. I have never had to wait very long for a bus. The drivers all seem to be very kind. Overall it historically had been a great experience at Parking Spot 2!!!

Drivers friendly and helpful. When they saw us unloading bags they pulled right up to get us and assist in loading. Dropped us right at departures and getting back to our car after return was great. Buses all marked. Again. Helpful drivers and dropped us at car safely and fast. Well lit. Felt very safe. Will use your service every time we fly.
