The Parking Spot services provided easy booking tool to reserve parking reservation, the team guidance at the parking lot directed me to the best row to park to meet the shuttle service to be transported from The Parking Spot to Midway Airport. My return to Midway Airport was great as well as soon as I walked to the shuttle pickup at the airport The Parking Spot already knew I arrived so I checked the app for pickup. The shuttle arrives in 15 minutes so I'm grateful to depend on The Parking Spot for parking and shuttle services. Thank you very much.

Easy to use and available early in the morning. The 3 am driver on June 2nd was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Like the uncover parking. Your pricing is becoming a little non competitive even with the discounts. However, your past performance keeps us coming back. You still need more service at peak times. It is tough when you get to pickup and the bus is full and you have to wait 15 minutes for the next shuttle.
