Fast and easy with a shuttle always ready to go

Pick up and drop off at my car.

My service is always quick and efficient. I book easily on line, I get a discount for paying early, if my flight is late Im able to adjust the time easily. I noticed as soon as I park my car the pickup bus is there before we can get the bags out the car. The bus drivers are extremely helpful, kind, warm and they always have a smile. This is a great company and great service.

I like the online reservations, the extra wide parking, it’s always clean and has good lighting, I like that there’s a lot of buses working so it doesn’t take long to get picked up, there’s always someone at the gate to help me check in and tell me how to get to me parking area.

This service was a breeze! Easy in, find your spot and the shuttle quickly picked us up. Took us right to our terminal. When we returned, easy pickup, gave them parking location and spot #. Dropped us off at the car. Easy out of the lot. Took the stress of parking away. I highly recommend. Tips are optional but I was more than happy to provide.

We liked everything about Spot Parking Service. Everything was so easy! Both of the drivers we had were amazing and helpful. Even when I thought I had lost my ticket (even though our first driver recommended that I should take a picture. In the rush at the airport I forgot. But found our ticket in my wallet.). So easy and convenient!

The Parking Spot was very easy to use. I really appreciated the direct service to our vehicle upon our return.

Sole reason I continue to park here is the on demand shuttles and not waiting to get to/from the airport. The covered parking is helpful when weather is a factor also. Without my discount though I would likely park elsewhere as the standard rates are very high in comparison.

Efficient with help and timing

Quick pick up but in the last maybe 6 months the pick up at the airport is slower with other locations buses stopping more than once over our shuttle. We have considering moving to a different location but like the full roof on Washington

There are always great deals for parking long term and during holidays. Having covered parking within a gated and well lit area is a huge plus too. Shuttle drivers have always been prompt and kind for pickup and drop off. Would recommend to anyone needing a secure place to leave their car near the airport!

I can reserve online before my trip, I get a AAA discount on the cost, I drive in and out of the facility using a QR code without needing any assistance, the shuttle bus picks me up very near my parked vehicle without much of a wait, and I seldom have to wait for a shuttle to pick me up upon my return.

Didn't love the fact that we could see four shuttles go only to the East Terminal pickup while we waited for a very long time at the West Terminal. Is this normal? If so, we'll go to the East pickup in the future.

I like your discounts. I also liked your covered parking service, quick shuttle pickup, your app for monitoring the shuttle location, and free bottle water when exiting.
