I've always used the valet parking, and the employees are very courteous. I've never had damage to my car while it was with them. When I return from a trip, I never have to wait long for the Parking Spot shuttle; sometimes one is there already when I reach the curb. The phone app makes using the service even more convenient.

We have used facilities multiple times. All but one time we had excellent service and our car was as we left it. The facilities is convenient and the shuttles run on a regular basis. It’s a good service that we appreciate.

What I did not like was the Tuesday evening before New Year’s Day was a very high traffic day. The meeting place to get the pickup bus at the airport was chaos. There were more people at the airport than could get on the bus. There was not a “staging” area or assistance to organize people. People were cutting in front of people who were waiting. If you were not aggressive or physical enough, you missed a number of buses with people pushing you out. Very frustrating.

From arrival to departure a great experience was had. Upon arriving and parking, the shuttle came over pretty quick. We picked up one more group and then was headed to Terminal 2 which I liked as I was running a little late. It was 4 am.

Upon arriving on the return to STL, the shuttle driver was waiting in his spot and I got on and we left. Went to Terminal 1, but no one was waiting there. So, off to the lot we went. I was dropped off first (I was the only one on the shuttle) and I was on my way quickly.

Their shuttles are very frequent and the drivers also assist with loading your luggage on the shuttle.
