We traveled back to Houston and were picked up by an African American Female.
The texture of her personality and kindness elevated the bus with charm and warmth.
It was Saturday August 28th, late evening.
I apologize for not remembering her name. But, she is the poster woman for all drivers for your organization.
Her warmth, professionalism, patience, and kindness made a long trip a beautiful evening..
Her-professional demeanor and dedication toward others was exceptional and a great representation of your organization.
