The QR code makes it easy to enter and exit. Love that the parking is covered. A shuttle is almost always near and ready to take you to the airport or bring you back.

The parking spot has been my go to for many many years. I have noticed the delay in pick up or drop off, sometimes the busses are taking a really long time. I would suggest to review an improvement process to avoid upsetting customers.

The east location is very convenient for anyone coming from the 130 tollway. Shuttles are prompt and the drivers extremely courteous.
We love the ease of accessing the location. Attendant directs us to an available spot. Pick up is usually quick, especially at the airport.

Nice friendly drivers, clean vans. Did not seem to have to wait as long at the terminal for pickup. Usually the other companies vans come and go several times before another West van comes around. This time it wasn't too bad.
