I have used Parking Spot 2 for over a decade and have generally found the service to be excellent and rapid for a reasonable price, even with flights arriving at off hours.

Cheaper than Airport parking. convenient and timely shuttle services. Friendly staff. Booth cashier always offers a bottle of water. Though I've never accepted. Still a kind offer after a trip.

Reliability. I make a reservation, spot is available when I get there. Door to door service with helpful courteous drivers. Even in winter conditions the parking area is clear when I return so I can leave. Self checkout is appreciated.
Efficiency and flexibility
This location is BY FAR WAY BETTER THAN Lovefield in Dallas where I am based out of. The drivers were very friendly and actually got out of their seat to help with luggage even the older gentlemen.
You guys are always on time. It's like I rarely have to wait, especially when I first park, that's when I need a shuttle the most, to make it to my flights. Incredible!

If I had to make one suggestion, it will be for the shuttle bus drivers to announce the parking slots clearly - as sometimes it is difficut to hear them for folks sittin at the rear.
Or display the slot on the bus.
