Convenience and proximity

When I parked my truck the shuttle bus was right behind me! It was very very early in the morning. I hopped on the bus, the driver gave me my ticket for the parking spot and we sat for a minute or 2 and we headed to Denver airport. When I got off the shuttle I gave the driver a tip.
On my return trip late in the evening @ DIA the same driver picked up along with a bunch of people and he drove right to my truck for his first stop!
Now that was excellent service!!!

With the cold weather, my battery was dead. I walked to the cashier who sent a person to give me a jump. And at check out she offered me a water.

Getting to the Buffalo International Airport at 3:30 am was a non-issue with the Parking Spot. Also, upon my return, we were having a snow storm and the driver helped each and every person in the shuttle (it was a full shuttle) find their buried car and brush it off! Now that is service! The driver's name was Lee. He should get a raise!

Reservation was easy and so was parking.

We parked they came and the driver was very nice he got our luggage and loaded it and on our way to the airport. The pick up was only a few minutes and driver once again help load our luggage and unload it at our car when he dropped us off.

I like the fact that parking with Parking Spot is less expensive, easier and less hassle than parking in the airport ramp. I also like that I don't have to worry about where I parked as Parking Spot worries about it for me.

I don't like that some of the staff turns the headlights from Auto to Off. When you are used to the headlights simply coming on when they should, turning headlights off can lead to dangerous situations.
