Smooth operation, drive into the parking lot, park your car, bus pick you up take you to your gate at the airport. On return, no waiting for the bus, a bus is always there when I return, take you back to the parking lot, directly to your parked car 🚘 . Easy check in, purchase your spot in advance. Oh, and the driver helps you with your luggage. Extra special when you get a discount.
The shuttle is reliable and doesn't take long to show up! The drivers are courteous and helpful.

I like the airport transportation but trying to get to the Parking Spot to park was horrible. Drove around for 15 minutes trying to get there.

Only criticism: Our return driver didn't know he was waiting for passengers at the wrong spot (so several of us stood in the cold for a good 10 minutes waiting for him to pull up. But it was New Year's Day evening, so I'm assuming it was not a regular driver.

Easy access to parking lot from Campcreek Pky. Shuttle busses run on close intervals so you do not have to wait very long to get picked up going or coming from the airport.
