Finally saw Ms Alice again When I moved to Houston She was working the cashier's desk at this location and was so very helpful she ended up making us permanent Spot Parking customers. It was great to see her,, This location at Hobby is always great

Quick easy parking and fast shuttle service. To and from the airport in minutes with no waiting time.
We were worried about making it to our flight on time but the shuttle was fast.
Parked and had my car detailed. They did a fantastic job and it was great to get off the plane into the bus and taken right to a clean car.

Everything was great both trips besides when being dropped off on the way back at our car I was trying to tip the driver on the app (had no small bills on me) I thanked him and said I'm trying to finish your tip on the app. It wasn't processing fast enough. He acted weird/looked at me funny and didn't even say anything then walked back on the bus.
