What do you like about our services?

While my stay at the parking spot 2 was a disaster (waiting 40 minutes in the heat for a shuttle), Tracy was awesome with her customer service. She told me that my experience was unacceptable, resolved my issues and told me what to do if this ever happens again

What do you like about our services?

This is the best place for airport parking. I always feel that my car is safe, covered and taken care of. The staff are exceptional. I sometimes have trouble with the card readers and someone is always there to help.

Parking Spot runs their shuttles more often than other parking lots that we have used. So, we never have to wait long and their App is easy to use and the information is very useful.

What do you like about our services?

We liked every aspect of our experience - we had a great, covered parking spot, the staff with whom we interacted were personable and professional, we were picked-up and dropped-off at our car, and we found the price very reasonable. Next time we fly, we plan to use the Parking Spot again AND we have encouraged our friends to use you, too. Thank you.
