Quick and easy to get in and out using the QR code. The parking attendants are kind and helpful. Shuttles run frequently.

The shuttles are always available, the drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are much better than other off site parking at BWI

its convenient fast and easy to get in and out. I have never had any issues with my car and i have never felt unsafe. I will always park here when flying out and i would 100% recommend to anyone that needs to leave their car close to the airport

Ease of dropping off. I don’t like how you stack up cars. I wait sometimes to leave with my vehicle because I’m boxed in.

It was very easy access and the shuttle picked us up immediately. The drivers were very helpful with our luggage.

I like that you pick up and drop off directly at the parking spot and also hand out the cards with the parking spot number. I usually park in St Louis East parking spot and they do not do that and don't come close to the same level of service as the Kansas City parking spot. I've also not ever received a survey from the st Louis parking spot.
