Kind of convenient. But there needs to be more buses running more frequently.
Easy to use
Easy to book, prompt pickup both ways, courteous and efficient drivers
The quantity of Shuttles and therefore the delayed wait time.
Great location, friendly and extremely helpful staff!
I did send an email in regards to the price change. Waiting to hear back.
The service was very good. Very comfortable leaving our vehicle in your hands. Next time we will get the covered.
Very well organized. Like the app
I liked the shuttle service. Never have to wait from or to airport and will always use for domestic travel. Would have been nice if you serve international as well.
Easy! Bus right there to pick us up and lift bags on board. Also worked well when we returned!
Prompt, friendly service
Price was great too
Simple and economical.
While the outgoing shuttle driver gave me a grand tour of the lot (not appreciated), the incoming shuttle was boarding when I came out of the terminal and I was one of the first dropped off. Since the shuttles are normally my biggest complaint this was pretty easy.
Good location, dependable transportation, helpful drivers, reasonable cost
I always use The Parking Spot and it's very convenient. I like being able to earn credits for future stays. The people who work the gate are always very nice and helpful. The drivers can be a mixed bag, some fantastic, some could be better. At Hobby Airport it's difficult to know where the bus picks up at the terminal, there weren't signs like there were at IAH. Fortunately the bus is easy to spot, but more/better signage would be helpful at Hobby to know where to wait.

Friendly and courteous drivers. I love that they pick up and drop off at your parking spot
Easy, convenient, somewhat quick pickup at the parked car and pickup from terminal.
